Nikon N-STORM is a single-molecule localisation microscopy (SMLM) platform on a Nikon Ti-E body, with fully motorised TIRF, a high-NA TIRF objective, and an EMCCD camera for high-quality 2D and 3D SMLM measurement and image reconstruction.
