A point-scanning confocal laser scanning microscope built on a Nikon Ti2-E inverted stand, equipped with the A1R high-speed resonant scan head and a large 25 mm field of view. The setup at TU/e combines six excitation lasers, five detectors and two temperature-controlled stages, supporting both high-stability live-cell imaging and fast temperature-jump experiments. Hosted by the Soft Matter and Biological Physics group of dr. Janne-Mieke Meijer (Department of Applied Physics and Science Education).
Configuration
- Stand: Nikon Ti2-E inverted research microscope with Perfect Focus System (PFS)
