Free at point of use. Fill in the AMF access form, email superresolution@tue.nl, complete a super-user introduction on the instrument, then book via Calira via TU/e SSO.

Equipment sharing is conditionally possible for users outside TU/e. Engagements are typically structured through the ICMS Industrial Consortium. Contact us with a short description of your project.
